한방병리학 교실 Department of Oriental Pathology

한방병리학은 한의학에서 질병의 원인, 발병, 병기 그리고 변증에 관련된 영역이다. 본 대학의 한방병리학교실에서는 질병의 발생에서 전변까지 병인론, 병기론, 발병론, 변증론 등을 통해 분석하고, 질병의 본질을 한의학적 이론과 방법론에 따라 파악하여 질병의 예방, 진단, 치료 및 예후를 판단하고 이를 임상에 활용하는데 목적을 둔다. 한방병리학교실의 교육목표는 질병과정에서 나타나는 증상과 증징을 종합 분석하여 그들의 내재관계를 밝혀 질병의 치료방침을 결정하고 치료에 적절한 약물과 침구 치료 방식을 선택할 수 있게 하는 것으로, 학문과 임상 사이에 있는 관문의 성격을 가지고 있다.

Oriental pathology is part of Oriental medicine about such as cause, origination, mechanism, prevention and treatment of diseases. The scope of study and research includes the theory dealing with the classification of pathogenic factors and their properties, and pathogenic characteristics and processes, the same as etiology. And It includes the theory dealing with the mechanism which disease arises and develops and summarization of the cause, nature and location of the pathological change at a certain stages of disease. And it also includes the process of overall analysis of clinical data to determine the location, cause and nature of a patient’’s disease and achieving a diagnosis of a pattern/syndrome, also called pattern differentiation. The aim of our department is to analyze the sign and symptoms for inner relations of diseases and to decide a general rule for making our choice of herbal drugs and acu-moxi that should be followed in treating disease.
